Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you love your purchase as much as we love seeing your littles in our whimsical wears!  However, in the event that things don’t work out, we will happily return or exchange your purchase.

Confirming your order means that you agree to all terms and conditions of Monkey + Moon LLC at the time of purchase.

Customers will have ten days after the date of delivery to make a return. All items can be returned if there is a manufacturer defect or if the sizing is off. Items that are returned must be in the same condition that they were at the time of purchase.

We will not accept return items that have been altered, worn, washed, soiled, stained or damaged in any way.  Clothing items must be returned in the original packaging.

All articles are inspected upon shipping to try and provide you with the best quality and care.

In the event that we make a mistake, you may return your items for a full refund.  Shipping costs will also be refunded to you.  All other returns will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee.

All sales and clearance items are final sale only and are not eligible for return.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within ten full business days of delivery at the Monkey + Moon fulfillment center.

Exchanges are only valid if the product of purchase is still available in stock.  Items sell out quickly. If they are out of stock, we cannot make the exchange and you will be refunded instead.

Shipping refunds will be on a case to case basis.

Monkey + Moon LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred through the shipping carrier.

Please ship all return items with a printed copy of your purchase that shows your invoice number.
